We have assessed the applicable Jan CPU patches for our project. need clarifications on below queries regarding CVEs and patch.

  CVE-2022-23221 - In Oracle site (mentioned below), it is tagged to Oracle SOA Suite - B2B Engine (H2 Database) component. Does this applicable to OSB server running on WebLogic server (Oracle B2B is not being used in our project)?
  CVE-2023-32697 - In Oracle site (mentioned below), it is tagged to B2B Engine (SQLite) component. Does this applicable to OSB server running on WebLogic server (Oracle B2B is not being used in our project)
  Patch 35905337 [(SOA SPU for JAN2024 for Edifecs) - In Oracle Site (mentioned below), it says that the patch is Operating System dependent and required only for installations that include B2B] - Does this applicable to OSB server running on WebLogic server (Oracle B2B is not being used in our project)
