Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol error received after applying oct 23 CPU patches

After applying OCT 2023 CPU patches, we are receiving below error for SOA . we have upgraded java to "java version "1.8.0_391" and we tried to rollback to previous Java version "1.8.0_351", even then receiving same error.

Same composite works fine in other environment where OCT CPU patches is not applied.

Caused By: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)
