DataSource Statistics in AdminConsole Shows "There are no items to display" with org.apache.commons.beanutils.ConversionException (Doc ID 3000358.1)

The monitoring page for DataSource in AdminConsole failed to show statistics as "There are no items to display".

This issue is reproduced in the following 2 monitoring tables in Admin Console.

Services -> DataSources -> <DATASOURCE_NAME> -> Monitoring -> Statistics -> Deployed Instances of this Data Source
Services -> DataSources -> Monitoring -> JDBC DataSource Runtime Statistics

Then AdminServer shows the following message by 'org.apache.commons.beanutils.ConversionException'.
