Symptoms

The "oudCopyConfig" command fails with the below error: 

$OUD ORACLE_HOME/bin/oudCopyConfig -javaHome $JAVA_HOME -sourceInstanceHomeLoc /opt/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_OUD/oudinst_1/OUD -archiveLoc /home/oracle/oud.jar -logDirLoc /home/oracle/oudlogs
ERROR: source instance is not an OUD instance: /opt/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_OUD/oudinst_1/OUD
