Symptoms

The "oudCopyConfig" command fails with the below error:

$OUD ORACLE_HOME/bin/oudCopyConfig -javaHome $JAVA_HOME -sourceInstanceHomeLoc $INSTANCE_HOME -archiveLoc /home/oracle/oud.jar -logDirLoc /home/oracle/oudlogs
INFO : Log file: /home/oracle/oudlogs/CLONE2023-11-14_08-38-44AM.log


INFO : Error log file: /home/oracle/oudlogs/CLONE2023-11-14_08-38-44AM.error
INFO : Nov 14, 2023 8:38:44 AM - CLONE-27000 OUD copy config validation.
SEVERE : Nov 14, 2023 8:38:44 AM - CLONE-27201 Error in moving OUD instance.
SEVERE : Nov 14, 2023 8:38:44 AM - CLONE-27201 Cannot move an OUD proxy instance.
SEVERE : Nov 14, 2023 8:38:44 AM - CLONE-27201 To be able to move the instance, it must be configured in directory server mode
