OUD 12C - Unable to Modify or Add ObjectClass(es) and Attributes in OUDSM with NO Errors or Output

Symptoms
In OUDSM from a laptop browser, it was found that modifying or adding any objectclass or attributes wasn't working. No output is given and nothing is written to the admin server or instance logs.
Steps to recreate the issue:
- Login to OUDSM
- Click Schema
- In Attributes, select the button to create a new attribute.
--> Nothing happens.
- In Objectclasses, select the button to create a new Objectclass.
--> Nothing happens.
No output from OUDSM to provide issues or results.
Verification was performed to find that modifying entries like users and groups was possible.
The only verified issue was adding new objectclasses and attributes.
The issue was tested from different browsers from the same laptop system with the same results.
