Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to login to WebCenter Portal with some users such as "weblogic" user after applying the October 2023 bundle patches.
Attempting to login returns the following error:
ERROR
User password is locked for this IP address
Doing login to the WLS console with the same user works.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply the October 2023 WebCenter Portal bundle patch or later.
- Attempt to login to WebCenter Portal with some users such as "weblogic" user.
