Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

Facing connectivity issues with a jar in service bus that works fine on one managed server and on the other we get this error in the return message:
There is a proxy configured in service bus console.

One managed OSB server is able to complete successfully all requests while other OSB managed server in the same cluster is not able to complete https requests, causing
"com.bea.wli.sb.transports.TransportException: Tried all: 1 addresses, but could not connect over HTTPS to server: ##########.com: 443" error.
