Symptoms
Using WebCenter Forms Recognition 14.1.1.0.0 with AP Invoices project 3520. In older versions of the project the value for 1000 was exported as "1000.00", but with the 3520 project it is exported as "1,000.00". This is causing the XML file to fail in SOA due to an unexpected format error during import.
