On Tuxedo 22.1 Application Crashes with Error "Access violation reading location" (Doc ID 3001976.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Tuxedo upgraded from 12.2.2. to 22.1 and Visual Studio is upgraded from 2015 to 2022. On new environment Tuxedo application hangs and crash while booting. This problem is not seen if the Tuxedo 22.1 is build using Visual Studio 2015, and crash do not happen if the build is done with debug mode. The Runtime error while calling the service is:

 

Changes

 Tuxedo is upgraded from 12.2.2. to 22.1 and Visual Studio is upgraded from 2015 to 2022.
