Symptoms

Internal Server Error While accessing <WLS> application

Error 500 - Internal server error - 10.5.1.500 (RFC 2068 hypertext protocol)

Caused By: oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.PolicyObjectNotFoundException: JPS-04028: Application with name "cn=<WLS_App>,cn=<Dif_Domain>,cn=JPSContext,cn=<Dif_Prefix>_OPSS" does not exist.
