Unable to Process Emails With Multiple Attachments and Error "failed to get access token with response code: 400" Occurs. (Doc ID 3005653.1)

Symptoms

There are several instances of Capture Email Import Jobs using OAuth configured to retrieve emails from Microsoft O365 email accounts. These Import Jobs are all identical, aside from the OAuth credentials and email accounts they point to.

One such job for a new customer is having difficulty retrieving emails that have multiple attachments. In these instances, the Capture logs report an OAuth error.  However the same profile and email account has no issues with emails containing just a single attachment.

The stack trace below is very unexpected, given that O365 is reporting a 400 response code, and obviously the request isn't being changed between emails.
