MarkReadColumn does not Change to MarkReadValue (Doc ID 3005848.1)

A proxy service is polling a MS SQL Server database table.

After the first records, the service does not update the MarkReadColumn from the MarkUnreadValue to the MarkReadvalue anymore.

The service does not stop polling, but the MarkReadColumn value does not change.
