Goal

Normally, WebCenter Enterprise Capture patches are released as a Bundle Patch (cumulative) or a One-Off Patch. Capture now has a "Windows Overlay Patch" that is to be applied on top of the January Bundle Patch 36209428 - OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.240121.

Patch 36285608: OWEC Windows Platform One-Off Patch for 12.2.1.4.240121. Refer to readme.txt for more information.

Before applying the Overlay Patch 36285608, ensure Capture Patch 36209428 - OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.240121 or later has been applied.
