Symptoms

After successfully installing Forms and Reports on Windows, the following error is being encountered when attempting to access the rwservlet pages for the In-process Reports server.

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Windows server.

2. Start a Command Prompt.

3. Start the Node Manager using the script $DOMAIN_HOME\bin\startNodeManager.cmd

4. Open another Command Prompt.

5. Start the AdminServer using the script $DOMAIN_HOME\bin\startWebLogc.cmd

6. Open a web browser.

7. Log on to the console (http:localhost:7001/console)

8. Start the WLS_REPORTS managed server.

9. On another web browser tab, start the In-process Reports server by accessing the url: http://localhost:9002/reports/rwservlet/showjobs
