On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

Deployed Composites failed to become Active post October 2023 or January 2024 CPU patching

Post the patching of SOA, we have observed error in soa composites, that they do not become active when servers are started, and we see messages in logs relating to 

Unable to create SSLSocketFactory due to: TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2 SSLContext not available[[
java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2 SSLContext not available.
