ECDHE_ECDSA Cipher Suite Does not Work With Tuxedo22c (Doc ID 3006635.1)

When using ECDHE_ECDSA cipher suite for SSL , it does not work with following message.

123916.linux!?proc.1326153.1673523456.0: LIBTUX_CAT:6963: ERROR: Certificate primary key bit strength (0) does not meet minimum requirement (2048)

Same wallet worked well with Tuxedo 12.2.2
