ORDS 22.x & Higher: How to be Prompted to Input the Password for ORDS_PUBLIC_USER when Installing ORDS (Doc ID 3006905.1)

Goal

From ORDS 22.1 onwards, the command line interface for the installer will automatically generate the ORDS_PUBLIC_USER password. This minimizes and simplifies the interactive installation flow.
In some circumstances, the generated password may not comply with custom password policies that an administrator may have applied to their database.
