Symptoms
When a user is redirected to the Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Self Service console (/identity/) for password change after authenticating with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) for Single Sign-On (SSO), the user is prompted for username and password again by the Identity console's native login page before being allowed access to the password change page
