Symptoms
When attempting to run a BI Publisher report via Forms, the following error occurs.
FRM-41223 BI Publisher Integration Error
The issue can be reproduced by repeating these steps multiple times because not all executions will yield the error:
1. Open the Form application.
2. Perform the steps to run a report via a Form.
Due to this issue, the business cannot generate the BI Publisher reports from their application.
