Worklist Task Details Not Loading When Accessing The Same Task A Second Time (Doc ID 3007469.1)

Goal

An application is working fine in an on-premise environment. The the domain and application were copied (including JDK) from the on-premise environment to OCI and the configuration was updated there. Everything seems to be in order, and the application is working as expected except the following behavior.

When a user logs into the application and selects the Notifications Worklist, a list of items is displayed under My Tasks. When the user selects a particular task to work on, the task details are shown in the details section. However, if the user selects another task, the task details do not appear on the screen. The details only appear if the user manually refreshes the frame.

The desired behavior is for the task details to show up automatically on the screen when a user selects any task.

Why is this not working as expected?
