Symptoms

After OHS upgrade from OHS 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.9.0, Webgate Oracle AccessGate API is not initialized

WebGate fails to initialize with following errors:

ACCESS_SDK FATAL 0x0000181C /ade/rbali_18189023/ngamac/src/palantir/access_api/src/obconfig.cpp:689 "Oracle AccessGate API is not initialized." raw_code^204
ACCESS_GATE FATAL 0x00001520 /ade/rbali_18189023/ngamac/src/palantir/webgate2/src/apache2entry_web_gate.cpp:589 "Exception thrown during WebGate initialization"
ACCESS_GATE FATAL 0x0000181C /ade/rbali_18189023/ngamac/src/palantir/webgate2/src/apache2entry_web_gate.cpp:590 "Oracle AccessGate API is not initialized." raw_code^204
Using NPTL Threading Library.
