Symptoms

To connect to database hosted at ATP-S Cloud infrastructure, java applications commonly use Oracle Wallet and use TCPS protocol with mutual TLS authentication.

These applications typically set the wallet location in the OracleDataSource properties and create the database connection from the OracleDataSource using JDBC 19.22.
When the application tries to register a datachange notification using this connection and pass CLIENT_INITIATED flag, it expects to receive the change notifications from ATP-S database. However, the change notification is not received.
