Authorization Failed When Adding And Verifying An Office 365 Mailbox In Capture Import Source Config (Doc ID 3007855.1)

Symptoms

In this scenario, all of the mailboxes were being migrated to Office 365.  Reconfiguration and testing in the Test/UAT environment was successful.  However in Production, the below error occurs:
