Symptoms

After applying the October 2023 bundle patch for OAM 12.2.1.4, OAuth Consent Management does not work in a MDC environment if the Master DC is down. Even with "failOnConsentStoreError=false" parameter set in Clone DC an error is thrown in the browser and the authorization code is not generated.
