Copy Command Fails with Connection Error when Using TNS Alias (Doc ID 3008071.1)

Symptoms

Using SQL developer Version 21.4.1.349 Build 349.1822.

The following COPY commands could be executed in version 17x. But this does not work anymore.

It is not clear if this is a new restriction or definitively a bug, as there seems to be no way to make the above command work in the newer version.The Database Copy GUI can be used to do the above even in the newer version, but during the copy, the table cannot be renamed. So the table should not exist previously. This will not work in most cases, as the purpose of the command is just to make a copy of a table and it will mostly exist in the target.
