Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server
dynamic converter issue, GET_DYNAMIC_CONVERSION_SUB !syColumnDoesNotExist,dOutputFileSize
From Document info page on trying to get HTML conversion for a content. Below error noticed,
Content Server Request Failed
Error Unable to execute service GET_DYNAMIC_CONVERSION_SUB and function checkConversionCache.
The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.
Log file shows the below error,
