Opening the WebCenter Enterprise Capture dc-client Page Redirects To The Java Download Page (Doc ID 3010014.1)

Symptoms

When opening the Capture dc-client page in Edge (not in IE compatibility mode), it redirects to the Java download page.  Java 1.8.0_391 was installed, but did not assist.

it is working for some users in Edge (in Internet Explorer mode), but not for this one user.
