Goal

Is there a way to extract DDL into a SQL script file for database level objects, like roles, tablespaces, profiles and users?

The Data Pump Export Wizard appears to only extract into a dmp file.

Steps:
From SQL Developer ---> VIEW --> DBA
From DBA panel on the left, click on plus sign to ADD CONNECTION, connecting to SYSTEM user.
Expand on connection --> DATA PUMP --> EXPORT JOBS
Right-Mouse-Click on EXPORT JOBS --> DATA PUMP EXPORT WIZARD ....
Now can select "DDL ONLY"
Select from types:
* Database
* Tablespaces
* Schemas
* Tables
and continue with the wizard. There is no option to save DDL into a SQL file.
