Symptoms

JMS Clients intermittently cannot connect to WebLogic JMS Endpoints. When JMS Clients attempt to connect to our WebLogic clusters, clients will occasionally get no response from the JMS Server and time out. While this is happening, we see this error message repeated in the server log:

When this happens, the WebLogic Admin Console becomes unresponsive, pages will take several minutes to display or time out completely.
