Unable to see the Process ID after Starting NodeManager

Symptoms
Started NodeManager from StartNodeManager.sh but while searching for PID with ps -ef|grep NodeManager or ps -ef | grep Java it doesn't show any process related to NodeManager.
Upon checking NodeManager log error can be seen as below
