Symptoms

The data source WLSSchemaDataSource configured with high value of maximum capacity is getting all the connections created|exhaused and reported "<BEA-003122> <weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool WLSSchemaDataSource to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry.. : A cluster that has migratable servers could not create/execute an SQL statement when validating the database connection. The cluster is misconfigured. Check the leasing table on the database and connection configuration.>" within seconds of the data source has been started.
