Symptoms

In an OAM environment, the following policies are used:

attachPolicySetPolicy ('oracle/http_jwt_token_service_policy')
attachPolicySetPolicy('oracle/http_oauth2_token_client_policy')
attachPolicySetPolicy('oracle/oauth2_config_client_policy')

A KSS keystore has 2 certificates. One of the certificates will expire, so the certificate will no longer be able to be validated by OWSM.

To test that the issuer certificate wasn't needed, the certificate was removed. Upon removing it, the following error occurred
