WebLogic Console Shows Node Manager Unreachable with the Error "weblogic.nodemanager.NMConnectException" Due to User Denied (Doc ID 3011608.1)

Symptoms

The node manager is running, and listen on the correct IP:PORT with plain protocol.

When attempting to connect to Node manager, "weblogic.nodemanager.NMConnectException" display in WebLogic console. There is no more information. After set DebugNodeManagerRuntime in WebLogic console.

 



 

Changes

 Upgrade domain from WebLogic 10.3.6 to 12.2.1.4.0
