WCS WCC Connectivity Issue

Symptoms
Connection between WCS and WCC is not functional, in WCS, in option"Connector Configuration" from "Connector Admin" is displayed the error: "Unable to establish connection to the server. WCS Integration cannot run with alert:'(null)'" every time "Test" button is clicked.
In WCS logs there was the error:
"oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: WCS Integration cannot run with alert: '(null)'[[
at oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceResponse.getResponseAsBinder(ServiceResponse.java:146)
at oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceResponse.getResponseAsBinder(ServiceResponse.java:112)
at oracle.stellent.ucm.poller.IdcService.getWccSyncData(IdcService.java:97)
at oracle.stellent.ucm.poller.WccQueueWorker.callWccQueueSync(WccQueueWorker.java:329)
at jsp_servlet._jsp._cs_deployed._wcc._pull.__poller._jspService(__poller.java:426)
"
and after the WCC request, no WCC answer was received in WCS:

but only a connection timeout error:

In WCC there was the following error:
