Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to set Read/Write (RW) Permissions to specific folders for Viewer Role in 12c.
Behavior is inconsistent after upgrading from 11g to 12c.
- 11g: Users with Viewer Role can upload/update/delete documents in a folder with item level security set to Read/Write/Delete (RWD).
- 12c: Users with Viewer Role cannot upload/update/delete documents even if the folder has Access Control List (ACL) permissions set to RWD.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect users with Viewer role to be able to upload/update/delete documents if they have RWD permissions via ACL in a folder.
