ADF UI Workflow List Maxes Out At 20 Items (Doc ID 3012631.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 35254992: WebCenter Content Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.230718 to address Bug 33862249 - Workflow Assignments List View Does Not Display Favorites and Comments (ADF-UI)

When navigating to ADF WEB UI > Select flag ICON on top right > Workflow assignments list, the following behavior is observed.

1. The "Sort By" feature does not work

2. List of workflow items max out at 20, even though there are more. There is no way to paginate through the rest of the items.
