Why is a Colored Patch T Separator Sheet not Recognized While a Black and White One Is Recognition in Capture? (Doc ID 3013229.1)

Using a pink colored Patch T separator sheet that is scanned and sent through to the Recognition Processor does not get recognized every time, while an electronically scanned black and white Patch T separator sheet does.

In this scenario, the scanning is with color and keeping in color.  The scan does not seem to be a bad scan, and is comparable to the black and white Patch T quality.

Is there a reason that a colored Patch T separator sheet would not be recognized while a black and white one would?
