Unable To Consume Service Through OSB Private LB (Doc ID 3014650.1)

Goal

We are having an issue when consuming a service through the private OSB balancer for the Production environment that was recently provisioned.

Getting "Please enter a valid WSDL URL" when trying to create ESS job. WSDL URL is shown below.
http://172.29.XXX.27:10000/OcloudProjects/OracleDataIntegrator/XXXScenarioTech/ProxyServices/XXXScenarioTech?WSDL

The above address is private LB for OSB for accessing the 4 OSB PR servers  on port 9073.


Able to access WSDL through browser and verified connectivity is not an issue between hosts with adminserver and managed servers.
