Cluster leaders, groups and members can be seen at the following from Admin Console
[Environment] -> [Clusters] -> <CLUSTER_NAME> -> [Monitoring] tab

The following is a sample screenshot. "cluster_domain" is a sample domain and "ms-*" servers are configured.
