Symptoms

Available Roles under Manage Organizations shows duplicates of the same role name.

1. Login to Identity Self service console as an XELSYSADM
2. Go to Manage--> Organizations
3. Select any organization
4. Go to Available Roles tab
5. Available Roles are visible
