Goal

Using WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.x, users are unable to edit "Limit Results" for Content Presenter.  It shows 500 and attempting to change the results shows the error:

"The template value has been overridden by a task flow parameter. Unset the task flow parameter value to use the value set in the wizard."
