Symptoms


The Quick Start Installation feature could not be used for security measures to create a patched SOA JDeveloper installer. There is a need to provide a Windows installer for JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.0, which includes the ADF bundle patch number 34243945. 
Installing SOA JDeveloper followed by applying patch 34243945 on top of the SOA JDeveloper is not an option in this case.
