Symptoms

Whenever any Peoplesoft messages come in the following error is seen in OIM log files and the messages do not get processed.

<Class/Method: tcCryptoHelper/loadKeyStore encounter some problems: {1}
java.security.PrivilegedActionException: oracle.security.jps.service.keystore.KeyStoreServiceException: Failed to load the keystore.
  at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)

Caused By: java.security.AccessControlException: access denied ("oracle.security.jps.service.keystore.KeyStoreAccessPermission" "stripeName=owsm,keystoreName=keystore,alias=*" "read")

Changes

 A new OIM server node is added to the cluster.
