After Reboot WebLogic Server Ignores Ulimit Set at Operating System Level (Doc ID 3018516.1)

Symptoms

After rebooting the server and starting WebLogic services using automatic startup script, ulimit (open files) value used by WebLogic gets changed to different value than what is defined at the OS level.

The value used by WebLogic is checked using the below command:
