Goal

When the first JDBC connection is initiated for the day, system will have to open a physical connection with the database, hence the first transaction is expected to take time, and it is a expected behavior.
This is resolved at the WebLogic config level by verifying values in config/jdbc in the WebLogic for the corresponding data sources, and see if one connection always kept open.


Is there no way to improve from application side, and the first transaction will always have a delay if there is no physical connection already exists?
