On OSB server, OSB nsxd translation is not properly managing the xsd:double values where a 0.000000000 is not changed to 0 generating further issues in an implementation that worked fine in

For example, when it is used a numeric value with decimal zeros is expected to get after a nsxd translation the same number but without the decimal zeroes for example:

Payload                         Expected     Observed
0.000000000                      0             0.000000000
14.160000000                  14.16        14.160000000
