Goal

We are noticing below WARNING message continuously in the OAM logs, 
[2024-04-24T08:48:35.178-04:00] [oam_server1] [WARNING] [] [oracle.oam.controller] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '44' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: ] [ecid: f1788d68-5f5e-4da6-8c7f-bed25537bdb8-0001e54f,0] [APP: oam_server] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Failed to set resource code.
