Quick Search Functionality Using Oracle Text Does Not Return After Moving from Query Lucene (Doc ID 3021327.1)

When using the Quick Search Functionality in Oracle Text, a search which worked in Lucene does not work in Oracle Text. 

For example, when searching for an alert using the "Key" field in the Oracle Text process it fails to return any results even though the alert is present.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Perform the Quick Search functionality with Oracle Text Implementation.
2. Perform the Quick Search functionality with Lucene Index.
3. Observe that Oracle Text result is blank while the Lucene result has detail.
