"Unable to export this file (Incorrect Credentials)" error when converting PDF to TIFF (Doc ID 3022817.1)

Symptoms


- PDF file has below properties(Go to Menu->Document Properties. Click on Security Tab and click on Show details button). Also file can be opened without providing any password. 

   
            "Document Open Password": No

            Encryption level: 256-bit AES

- When converting PDF file to TIFF , below error is seen.  

 

 OI EXOpenExport failed - Unable to export this file (Incorrect Credentials) [3328]
